1. RigTune is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve Corporation, Microsoft, MSI, ASUS, Lenovo, AYANEO, GPD, OneXPlayer, Nintendo, Sony, or any hardware manufacturer or video game publisher.
2. Steam, Steam Deck and Steam Deck Verified are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Xbox and Windows are trademarks of Microsoft. All console, game and platform names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.
3. HWiNFO, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner Statistics Server, PCGamingWiki and ProtonDB are names of third-party products and services. RigTune is not affiliated with their owners, does not have their endorsement and receives no compensation for mentioning them.
4. Game cover art is displayed via links to the servers of its respective stores and remains the property of its publishers.
5. RigTune's confirmation labels ("Confirmed by the community", "Confirmed by many users") reflect confirmations submitted by our users and bear no relation to Valve's Steam Deck Verified programme or to any official compatibility certification.
6. RigTune's configurations are orientative recommendations and do not constitute a guarantee of performance, compatibility, stability, thermal safety, or preservation of the manufacturer's warranty. Applying any setting is the user's responsibility; the user must check beforehand that the value is compatible with their specific model, system version, firmware, charger, ventilation, and conditions of use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RigTune will not be liable for damages arising exclusively from a defect in the console, firmware, drivers, or the manufacturer's utility; from incorrect information provided by the user; from applying a recipe to a different model than the one indicated; from later modification of the parameters; or from failure to follow the instructions and warnings shown by RigTune or the manufacturer. This provision does not limit the consumer's mandatory legal rights, nor does it exclude liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, defects inherent to the service, personal injury, or any other case whose limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
7. Some configurations have been generated automatically, transferred from another model, published by third parties, or declared as tested by users. Each recipe's label indicates its origin and how many users have confirmed it.
